Rust Alley cyber requires frequent maintenance. You may also have a primitive power supply, and risk running out of power unless you connect to an outside power source. This is a flaw that is applicable to all your cyberware.
This is not a problem if you are operating near home base, but if you are out in the wilderness or have to lie low, you will soon qualify for rust alley. If you do not receive maintainenace there is a one in six chance that each of the Schticks you use will fail after each fight scene, and need to be repaired with a Fix-It roll of 15 (10 if in a well-equiped workshop).
