You are not legally a living person.
You may be written off as dead and resurected by technological menas, or it may just be that your paperwork has ben "fixed". Maybe you are a slave, clone, "inferior" species or otherwise legally property. In any case, you have no legal rights whatsoever, and the law cannot protect you from whoever owns you. Nor are you eligible for social security, communal hospital care or any of the other benefits or rights of being human.
