Champions are humans or other mundane creatures gifted with special powers. They have not become fully supernatural, though they may be destined to become so over time. They tend to have few powers, but be very proficient with what they have.
Their Limitations tend to be side-effects of their powers or linked to their power origin. Spirit or SupernaturalCreature is right out for them, so they are not affected by Summoning. Typical limitations include Berserk, Dependency, Dogma, Fear, Paralysis, Power, Rage, Terrible Form, Transformation Trauma, and Vulnerability.
Divine Champions
Paladins, blackguards, runelords, these people have many names in different worlds. What ties them together is that they make a contract with the divine and accept a Dogma to live by, and are granted powers in return.
Planetouched
These creatures are kin to Entities, but who are still mostly humans. Mortal children of succubi and angels fall in this category, as well as creatures who have lived in close proximity to Entities for too long - like mortal residents of their planes.
The planetouched remain mostly human. They are often associated with a Dogma, but that is merely because of ther power origin, and they may not actually take the limitation. Instead, they have to make their own way in the world, like most other champions.
Robots
Robots are not supernatural at all - but they are most easily built using the Creatures rules. They tend to be Unliving.
Supers
Wheter granted their powers by a radiation accident, magical conjunction, alient intervention or simple mutation, all supers remain human on a very existential level - though they may beleive themselves chosen, they have no assurances, and their ethics are ultimately a personal choice. They never have a Dogma, though most try and uphold a code of ethics. Supers frequently have Pulp schticks as well.
Unusual Animals
These are not strictly Creatures either, but some mundane animals have powers strange enought to merit Creatures schticks - like Poison.
