Inspired by the Second Head schtick by Psychedelic Goblin.
You can attack twice during a single action. Roll each attack separately. This need not be two biting attacks, as the two heads can coordinate two different limbs. This schtick can be purchased several times to get additional attacks, one per schtick.
Like most creature schticks, the name is just a suggestion on how this can look - but you must have some monstrous feature granting you this ambidexterity - extra arms, eyes beside each hand or somethig equally monstrous.
