Creatures / Schticks / Tentacles

You have long tentacle(s) attached to some part of your monstrous anatomy. You can use these to attack enemies in hand-to-hand combat while keeping your own vital parts out of harm's way.

The tentacles count as unnamed creatures with the same attributes and skills you have, but with no schticks. They do not take separate actions, but you can spend a 3-shot action to attack with them. Each tentacle does your Strength in damage if they are physical, or your Magic in dmagae if they use some Blast that you already know.

Your tentacles are elastic and can stretch a maximum distance equal to your Magic in meters. Opponents are normally unable to hit anything other than your tentacles; it they aim for you your Dodge is increased by the number of schticks you have in Tentacles or the number of tentacles that remain, whichever is less.

Tentacles can fully regenerate after being severed, and always do so at the end of each session. If you do have the Regeneration schtick you may regrow one tentacle per schtick you have in Regeneration at the end of a Sequence instead of regenerating Wound Points in the normal manner.

If you have several schticks of tentacles you get many tentacles. The number of tentacles you have is equal to the arithmetic sum of the number of schticks you spend on this ability. With one schtick, this is one tentacle, with two schticks this is (1+2=3) tentacles, with three schticks this is (1+2+3 = 6) tentacles and so on. A number of tentacles equal to your number of schtick picks can attack at once against one or several opponents as a single 3-shot action. The rest are too uncoordinated to be used, but help keep opponents att bay and serve as backups for ones lost in combat.

Variants of Tentacles can be just about anything. A prehensile tail, a swarm of insects, flying scarves, tree roots, animated water, anything is possible. Damage Immunity to Unarmed Attacks rather than Powers protects against physical tentacles, other forms are resisted by Damage Immunity to Blast.
