You can move through the earth by burrowing. Make a Powers roll against the Toughness of the material; if you succeed, you can proceed at normal Move (not running speed) this action. If you fail, you are stuck but can try again next action.
When you take this schtick, decide wheter you create a safe tunnel that others may use or collapse it behind you. With an extra schtick pick, you can do either.
