A focused blast uses some focus item to increase the damage value of the attack. This grants a damage bonus depending on the size of the item. This is very rare for Creatures with blast powers, but almost mandatory for Arcano Blasters and Items schticks that grant blast powers.
If you can only use your blast whith the focus, temporarily losing the power if you lose the focus, this metablast is free.
