Abilitity Modifers: Str +6, Dex +2, Con +2, Int -2. The Shaktar are warlike but not cerebral.
Extra Staring Hit Dice: A Shaktar gains 2 Hit Dice (2d8 hit points). The Shaktar's Constitution Modifier applies to each Hit Dice when determining Hit Points.
Base speed: 50
Natural Armor Bonus: Shaktar have thick, scaly hides and gain a +4 natural armor bonus to defense.
Natural attacks: claws, fangs. Fangs can only be used when grappling. Natural attacks use smaller damage dice than Stormer.
Attack Bonus: Shaktar gain a +1 species bonus on attack rolls (from extra Hit Dice).
Allegiance: Shaktar must begin play with an allegiance to their Clan and to SLA Industries.
Other: Low-light vision.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge (Shaktar) is a permanent class skill. This skill includes knowledge about Shaktar customs, religion, and history.
Bonus Feats: All Shaktar are warriors and gain either Combat Martial Arts or Archaic Weapon Proficiency.
