Clan Abilities
All Setites get Hypnotic Gaze and +4 Charisma. They are very friendly.
Hypnotic Gaze (Su): You have the hypnotic gaze of a snake. If someone meets your gaze you can catch it and hold them immobile. Unless the target makes a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 your level + your Charisma modifier) he cannot move in any way, nor speak above a whisper. He remains immobile as long as you keep your gaze in his eyes.
