Hip vampires are divided into Clans and bloodlines, where the clan members gets to look down on those with mere bloodlines. And those in better clans gets to look down on their less fortunate brethren in the low clans.
The current 13 clans are Assamite, Brujah, Gangrel, Giovanni, Lasombra, Malkavian, Nosferatu, Ravnos, Setite, Toreador, Tremere, Tzimisce, and Ventrue.
