House Rules

The following house rules are used in the MalleusSigmar campaign:

Fate Points

There is no resurrection. Instead, heroes (player characters) have FatePoints which let them cheat death just like in WarhammerFantasyRoleplay. Characters start with one fate point and gain one per four full character levels.

Firearm Proficiency

Characters from the Empire who are proficient with martial weapons also have the Exotic Proficiency (Firearms) feat. Rogues can select this feat istead of a martial weapon. Alchemists from the Empire also have this feat since they commonly work with explosives.

Firearm Criticals

Any threats with firearms are automatically criticals at point blank range (30 feet). There is no roll to verify the critical.

Toughness Feat

The Toughness feat gives one extra hit point per level. The various improved Toughness feats are not used.
