This was nominally to play the same role for warriors as the HouseOfMagic plays for wizards, but since most houses prefer to train their own soldiery this potentially rather fancy compund has fallen into a certain degree of disrepair.
Nowadays it merely serves as a library for matters military and a place for token meetings in regards to the total defence of the city.
