Greyhawk for 4E

Chaotic

Kord is the storm god and the lord of battle. He revels in strength, battlefield prowess, and thunder. Warriors and athletes revere him. He is a mercurial god, unbridled and wild, who summons storms over land and sea; those who hope for better weather appease him with prayers and spirited toasts. He gives few commands:

  • Be strong, but do not use your strength for wanton destruction.
  • Be brave and scorn cowardice in any form.
  • Prove your might to win glory and renown.

Kord is the leader of the wild gods in the Suel pantheon, opposing Lendor and the lawful faction. As Procan, he is the untamable father of the Oerdian wind gods. His exarchs embody his virtues in ways relevant to their cultures. Aedrie Faenya is the elven goddess of air and birds, Tritherion the summoner is the god of individuality and self-defense, while Obad-Hai is the first king and first husband, patriarch of the Flan.
