The frustration rager has no control of his rage, instead raging uncontrollably when he suffers failures and setbacks

Class Abilities

The frustration rager has all the class abilities of the barbarian, except as noted below.

Frustrated Rage

This is the same as the rage ability, with the following exceptions.

  • There is no limit on the number of rounds per day a frustrated rager can rage.
  • The frustrated rager has no control on when he enters rage. Instead, he checks whether he enters a rage each time one of the following occurs. With each condition that is fulfilled, roll 1d6. On a result of 5-6, he immediately enters rage. Any other result has no effect.
    • His turn begins in a combat round
    • He is surprised
    • He takes damage
    • He misses an attack
    • He fails a skill check
  • He can end a rage at will, and it ends after three rounds out of combat (or similar intense action).

Rage Powers

The following rage powers complement this archetype: Moment of Clarity.

The following rage powers do not work well with this archetype: Beast Totem, Beastial Climber, Guarded Stance.
