Trigger Action (Finishing)

You can seize a creature through time and space and bring it into your presence. The creature must be in another dimension or juncture, and not currently summoned, imprisoned or otherwise occupied. You can invoke several unnamed creatures of the same type with a multiple target stunt.

If you know a creatures true name you can summon that particular creature. Otherwise, you have to summon a random creature, whose personality and exact abilities you don't know. You can still specify what kind of creature you want, its approximate abilities etc, but the GM can add in random factors as desired.

Merely invoking a creature does not ensure its cooperation. In fact, in most cases it is a guarantee of the creature's displeasure. If you know a creatures true name and an appropriate Bind power, you can cast the binding simultaneously with the summoning, before the creature even appears.
