Poison prices include a hefty black market make-up. Unless the character has very good black market connections in a place where poisons are wanted but still illegal, poison can only be sold for 1/20 of normal price. When crafting poison yourself or purchasing poison from a poison-master that can work legally, the price is 1/10 normal.
