Unofficial rules compendium

The bravo is a street fighter, a survivor who learns to mix brute force with a bit of craftiness. He has most of the fighter’s strengths, along with some additional skills to help keep him alive on the mean streets. Despite the name, not all bravos are mere hooligans. —Many are crafty veterans who use stealth to gain an advantage against their opponents. Most bravos are non-lawful, though sometimes gangs of bravos with a lawful streak band together.

Class Features

The bravo has all the standard fighter class features, except as noted below.

Class Skills

Acrobatics (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Disable device (Int), Handle Animal (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (local) (Int), Move Silently (Dex), Perception (Wis), Ride (Dex), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Stealth (Dex), and Swim (Str).

Skills in italics are not on the normal figher's list of class skills.

The bravo gains skill points per level equal to 6 + Int modifier.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency

Bravo's are proficient with all simple and martial weapons and with light and medium armor but not with shields.

Bonus Feats

A bravo gains a bonus feat at level 4 and every 4 levels after that.

Uncanny Dodge (Ex)

Starting at 5th level, a bravo can react to danger before her senses would normally allow her to do so. She retains her Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if she is caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, she still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized.

If the bravo already has uncanny dodge from a different class she automatically gains improved uncanny dodge instead.

Armor Training (Ex)

The Armor Training of a bravo only applies to light armor.
