Stay tuned for a description of the campaign by the gamemasters (Urban and Starfox). This page is a work in progress.

Campaign Setup

We wanted a campaign that was easy to run. To this end, we decided on a military campaign based on the Imperial Marine Corps. We both had ideas for the campaign, and we both wanted to play. In order to accomodate two game masters/players and allow a wide variety of missions (i.e. scenarios) we decided to make the unit, rather than the individual characters, the focus of the campaign.

Each player was asked to create several characters. At least one of them must be a Marine grunt. This ensured that no matter the scenario, each player would have at least one character that could handle military combat enounters. Other characters could be officers, ISPD Liasons, specialists and civilians.

This allowed the Game Masters considerable freedom in designing scenarios. Rather than tailoring a scenario for specific characters, the Game Master can design a military operation, and let one of the player character officers pick the team. This has worked very well.
