Greyhawk half-elves have the following attribute modifiers: +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma.
Half-elves in Greyhawk usually live among humans, even if many of them grew up in elven communities. They prosper, but somehow never really find their place. It is not unusual for a half-elf to grow frustrated and take to wandering, crime, soldiering, or adventuring or other dangerous pursuits.
