You have vestigal, underdeveloped wings that allows you to glide but not to fly.
Prerequisites: Half Dragon
Benefit: You can glide, that is a limited form of flight where you must constantly lose altitude. You flying speed is equal to your base speed, with poor maneouverability, but you cannot climb. Each round, you must lose at least 10 ft. of altitude.
