You can make a Ranged Attack - either the basic stunt or using some other stunt, schtick, or power. Damage is Mind +2, or more if you are using an Implement to improve damage.

Spectral Wounds does psychic damage. The damage is illusory, but targets still feels shock and pain. However, the feeling fades quickly if the target isn't knocked out and can never inflict wounds. Objects are immune.
