Trigger Action

Select one Blast power that you know. Whenever you first come within Mind meters of a creature, you may use this power on them as a trigger action. But there is always something the target can do to avoid this power if they merely know how; by looking away, holding their breath, or whatever is appropriate. They just have to know how.

Examples of this is the nauseating stench of the a ghast avoided by holding your breath or the gaze of the medusa avoided by looking in a mirror.
