Trigger Action (Finisher) or Basic Action
+
Finisher

When used as a finishing action, this binds a defeated creature to your will. The target is not rendered unconscious by the triggering attack and restored to 1 hit remaining. You can order it about for the rest of the scene, and you also learn its true name.
+
You learn the True Name of the defeated or helpless creature.

If you already know the creature's true name, you can use this power as a basic action. This takes an opposed Impress roll to pull off.

You can only keep one named creature or a number of unnamed creatures equal to your Mind bound at any one time by any combination of binding powers.
