Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)
when touched, the target becomes much more attractive, poised, and self-confident. This improves the attitude of all non-hostile creatures of the targets type (for example humanoid) who the target interacts with by one category, from hostile to indifferent to friendly to helpful.
