This human-dominated morality corps prowls downtown and strikes out at offenders. Armed with truncheons, they rarely make arrests, instead interveining against lack of morals and conformity on the spot.
The croup is under constant pressure to perform well, as other groups strive to take over it's job with all it's perks.
