Finesse Electricity.

You create and control minor electric charge in your vicinity. This allows you to activate electric controls and machinery and to ignite combustibles like light fuels and gunpowder. The effect is small, precise, and momentary. When it is able to create leverage, you may roll Finesse to Set Up yourself. Resolve this as a normal Set Up, then immediately roll the Action you are Setting Up.
