Greyhawk halflings have the following attribute modifiers: +2 Dexterity, +2 Constitution.
Greyhawk halflings are less kender and more Tolkien; most are sedentary types. They favor river valleys, putting their settlements in burrows in river banks, but can live almost anywhere. They form a solid lower middle class in urban areas; often as secretaries, house servants, and other domestic occupations.
