Instant Charm (General)
You can make an impression by looks alone.
Prerequisite: Allure, Diplomacy 9 ranks, Disguise 1 rank.
Benefit: This feat removes the -10 Diplomacy penalty for having a limited time. You can use this to try to instantly end a combat, but only by surrendering (or convincingly faking a surrender). You cannot benefit from Aid Other actions on a Diplomacy roll affected by this feat, as there is no time.
Example: This allows you to do stunts like throwing yourself in the arms of a stranger claiming he is your bother, and expect him to play along if you manage a good enough Diplomacy roll.
