The faun is from bestiary 3.
PC fauns have no racial hit dice and use their spell-like abilities with a caster level equal to their character level. They have a +2 ability modifier to Charisma and Dexterity. This gives them a total RP score of 12, somewhat above normal but not much. By making their Panpipes ability cost a feat, they become balanced.
