Simple Revision.

Transmutation Savant

Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a Transmutation spell into your spellbook is halved. Whenever you pick a spell of the transmutation school as you advance in level, you gain two spells, both of your school of magic.

Shapechanger

At 10th level, you add the Polymorph spell to your spellbook, if it is not there already you may select another wizard transmutation spell of up to 5th level. When you cast Polymorph and target only yourself, your concentration on the spell cannot be broken as a result of taking damage.
