Rogues raise the ire of magical enemies or pick up magical objects endowed with curses. For some, this happens early in their career, makring them for the future.

Class Information

This is a rogue archetype that carries a curse.

Hit Die: d6.

Class Features

This fated rogue has all normal rogue class features, except as noted.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency

Fated rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, rapier, sap, short sword, and shortbow. They are not proficient with any armor or shields.

Rogue's Judgement

A fated rogue suffers under a fated warrior's doom. All references to the doom warrior class, spell list, or levels instead apply to the rogue equivalent. This replaces debilitating injury.

Way of Life Armor Bonus (Ex)

When unarmored and unencumbered, the fated rogue adds her Charisma bonus (if positive) as a dodge modifier to armor class and CMD. She loses this bonus when she wears any armor, when she uses a shield, when she carries a medium or heavy load, or when she is denied her Dexterity bonus to armor class. The fated rogue can use her way of life armor bonus with a shield.

Summary of Changed Class Abilities

These abilities of the original class are lost or modified in this archetype:

  • Debilitating Injury
