Observe Chi

Basic Action

Allows you to see the flow of life energy in an area. The stronger a place's Chi, the easier it is to see. You can immediately identify sites of power. You can sense the presence of living creatures within ten meters per point of Mind. You can also sense any powers currently in use in the same area, but you cannot identify which power. By using the power again and focusing on a particular creature, you can gauge it's attribute ratings.
