Rules

The Insghtful Strike ability is based on Charisma, not Intelligence.
The dodge bonus applies against all opponents, just like that from the Dodge feat.

Not all swashbucklers are calculating tacticians, some get by on style and panache.

Insightful Strike: Replace the damage bonus based on intelligence with one based on Charisma.
