Greyhawk half-elves have the following attribute modifiers: +2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma.
Half-elves in Greyhawk usually end up among humans, even if they grew up in elven communities. They prosper, but somehow never really find their place. It is not unusual for a half-elf to grow frustrated and take to wandering, crime, soldiering, adventuring, or other dangerous pursuits.
Greyhawk half-elves are shorter and lighter than normal in 4E:
