This spell surrounds the target in a field of static electricity. This gives off a small electric shock to all diminutive creatures within one foot of the target on the caster's turn and whenever a diminutive creature moves within one foot of the target. To such creatures, or swarms of such creatures, the spell inflicts 1d4 damage per two caster levels, with a maximum of 5d4 at 10th level. A Reflex saving throw negates the damage for the round, but the can still be damaged later.
