The healing theurge focuses all his powers on healing and restoration.
Class Information
This is a theurge archetype.
Hit Dice: d6.
Class Abilities
This archetype has all normal class abilities, except as noted.
Willing Healer
A healing theurge must choose the Healing domain and does not gain any domain powers from domains other than the Healing domain - he still gains domain spells from all domains. If the healing theurge worships a deity, that deity must be one that grants the Healing domain. A healing theurge must channel positive energy.
Channel Healing (Su)
A healing theurge must channel positive energy, and when he does, he cannot choose to target undead. This ability is otherwise identical to the healing theurge ability of the same name.
Spontaneous Healing (Ex)
A healing theurge can channel stored spell energy into healing spells that he did not prepare ahead of time. The healing theurge can “lose” any prepared spell that is not an orison in order to cast any spell from the healing domain of the same spell level or lower. The healing theurge can choose whether to "lose" a cleric spell or a domain spell this way.
Channel Mercy (Su)
At 2nd level, a healing theurge can channel positive energy to relieve one or more harmful conditions. When the healing theurge channels energy he can remove all the chosen conditions from all living creatures that he heals within her channel energy burst. The healing theurge chooses one of the following harmful conditions at 6rd level: fatigued, shaken, or sickened. At 10th level, he can choose another condition. It can be one of those he didn’t choose at 4th level, or one of the following conditions: dazed, diseased, or staggered. He gains another condition at 14th level, and can choose an above condition or one of the following conditions: cursed, exhausted, frightened, nauseated, or poisoned. Finally, at 18th level, he can choose a lower-level condition or one of the following conditions: blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or stunned. Any effects that affect a paladin’s mercy also affect this ability.
Combat Medic (Ex)
At 3rd level and higher, a healing theurge does not provoke attacks of opportunity when using the Heal skill.
True Healer (Su)
At 5th level, when a healing theurge channels spells to heal, he can reroll any 1s when determining how much damage he heals. At 16th level, he rolls 1d4+2 rather than 1d6 when channeling spells.
Healing Champion (Su)
At 20th level, when a healing theurge channels holy energy, he can choose to apply the benefits of channel mercy or to heal the maximum possible amount.

In addition to the stated number of spells per day for 1st- through 9th-level spells, a teurge gets an equal number of domain spells for each spell level, starting at 1st. The "x+x" in the entries on this table represents these extra spells. Bonus spells the teurge may receive for having a high wisdom score apply to both regular spells and domain spells separately and is thus applied twice.
Summary of Changed Class Abilities
These abilities of the original class are lost or modified in this archetype:
- Domains
- Channel Energy
