You assume the form of another creature. Your physical attributes become those of a typical creature of this sort and you gain the use of any purely physical gifts the creature normally has. If the assumed form has natural attacks, you can use those with your powers skill.
You assume the form of another creature. You must build a variant for for yourself using your normal points and limits. You remain in this form until you fall asleep or unconscious.
 
Keep a running count of attribute points and powers you would gain from the transformation. If the number of enhancements are greater than your [[Chi (Action)|Chi]] attribute, you cannot assume this form. There is no rebate if the assumed form has lower attributes than you do or lack some of your physical gifts.
