This is a Fencer subclass for 5A.
Some scholars become fencers, able to defend their ideas with steel if debate fails. An academic has a formal education, and later gains the prestige that comes with great knowledge.
Professor
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn Draconic, two other languages, one of these skills: Arcana, History, Investigation, Nature, or Religion, and any one skill of your choice. When talk to another creature, you can spend a reaction to determine if they are skilled in your choice of Arcana, History, Investigation, Nature, or Religion. In a normal conversation you have time to use this ability five times to check if they have each of these skills.
Authority
At 7th level select one of these skills that you know: Arcana, History, Investigation, Nature, or Religion. When you make skill checks for this skill, and when making Charisma checks against a creatures skilled in the selected skill, you have advantage.
Savant
