Ideas on how to convert Dungeons & Dragons to Mutants & Masterminds. These are not rules, only a collection of ideas.

Feats

Two-Weapon Offense

When attacking with with both hands using attacks that do the same type of damage (for example, ranged lethal or melee stun) you use one hand to determine the specifics of the attack and add +2 to the damage. If you use your off hand to base the attack on, you suffer normal off-hand penalties, possibly mitigated by Ambidexterity feat. If you use Additional Limbs to attack with four or more limbs, half your rank in Additional Limbs to damage. Damage is limited by power level.

Two-Weapon Defense

When attacking with with both hands using attacks that do the same type of damage (for example, ranged lethal or melee stun) you gain a +2 dodge bonus to defense. Defense is limited by power level.

Powers as Feats

Guard

Use this when you attack a target. You focus on one target, ready to exploit any opening the target shows. Until the end of your next round, if the target attacks someone who has not used this feat against it, you gain a +2 bonus on attack and damage against that target with melee attacks. This bonus is not limited by power level.

Should this be limited by power level?

Limited Uses

This can represent spell preparation, slow-load weapons, or other limited but recoverable power pool.

Limited uses sets a limitation on the number of times a power can be used before it needs to be recharged. Recharge can either be 1 minute or 6 hours, and the value of the disadvantage depends on the number of uses and on the recharge time.
