This page descries additional options for the Bard class.
Bardic Sorcerer
A multiclass bard/sorcerer may give up his bardic spellcasting ability and add half his bard class level to his effective level as a sorcerer when casting and learning spells. You still learn bard spells normally based on your bard level, but cast these spells using sorcerer spell slots. You can also learn bard spells using sorcerer spell slots. You can decide to start using this option at any time, but there is no going back; once taken it is for life.
Variants
- Divine Bard - Casts divine spells and has less lore and skills.
- Jack of all Trades - Non-scholarly jack of all trades.
- Lettered Bard - A bard with a spellbook.
- Mystic Dancer - Monk-like variant based on dance.
- Nature Bard - Druidish bard.
- Savage Bard - Barbaric bard.
