Simple Revision.
Drunken Technique At 3rd level, you learn how to twist and turn quickly as part of your Flurry of Blows. Whenever you use Flurry of Blows, you gain the benefit of the Disengage and Dodge actions, and your walking speed increases by 10 feet until the end of the current turn.
Tipsy Sway Redirect Attack does not require any action.
Drunkard's Luck When you use this ability, you gain advantage rather than just ignoring disadvantage, and the effect applies to all disadvantaged rolls you make until the start of your next turn.
