A mighty kineticist has a physical inclination and often relies on physical strength where others would rely on Dexterity. Mighty kineticists tend to focus on melee attacks.

Class Information

This is a kineticist archetype that replaces Dexterity with Strength.

Class: Kineticist.

Hit Die: d8.

Class Features

The mighty kineticist has all the class features of the kineticist, except as noted below.

Kinetic Might (Ex)

Replace all instances of Dexterity with Strength in wild talents. The save DCs for a mighty kineticist's form infusions are 10 + the level of the wild talent + the kineticist's Strength modifier.

A mighty kineticist still uses Dexterity on attack rolls with ranged attacks, including ranged kinetic blasts.

Kinetic Prowess (Ex)

At 2nd level, the mighty kineticist adds his Strength modifier to the damage of his kinetic blast wild talents. This replaces elemental defense. A mighty kineticist can still learn the elemental defense of her primary element by choosing the expanded defense utility wild talent.
