This spell surrounds the target in a field of static electricity. This gives off a small electric shock to all diminutive or smaller creatures within one foot of the target on the caster's turn and whenever such a creature moves within one foot of the target. To such creatures, or swarms of such creatures, the spell inflicts 1d4 damage per two caster levels, with a maximum of 5d4 at 10th level.
