This is a Warlock otherworldly patron for 5A.
Raven is a mysterious messenger who does not reveal its origin. Connected with death, the astral plane, the Shadowfell, and guiding souls to their final fate, raven avoids both the cruelty of Nerull and the stratification of Celene. Raven watches over the world, anticipating each creature’s death and ensuring that it travels on the right spirit journey. Raven dwells in the Shadowfell in a decayed, dark reflection of the world. Raven's ability to reach into the world is limited and thus Raven turns to mortal warlocks. Warlocks sworn to the Raven receive visions and whispers in their dreams, but most messages are vague and open to interpretation.
Raven's prime concern is ensuring that those who die pass from the world as expected, and bids agents to defeat those who seek to cheat death through undeath or immortality. Raven hates intelligent undead and expects her followers to strike them down, whereas mindless undead such as skeletons and zombies are seen as little more than stumbling automatons. Still, Raven knows everything will eventually die anyway and is not given to fanaticism in pursuing this cause.
Raven is also an enlightening trickster that removes illusions and reveals the stark nature of the world. Raven's tricks can be cruel, but they bring wisdom.

Raven Patron Features
Expanded Spell List
At 1st level, the Seeker patron lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.
Spell Level | Spells |
1 | False Life, Sanctuary |
2 | Silence, Spiritual Weapon (Appears as a spectral raven) |
3 | Feign Death, Speak With Dead |
4 | Ice Storm, Locate Creature |
5 | Commune, Cone of Cold |
Sentinel Raven
Starting at 1st level, you gain the service of a spirit sent by Raven to watch over you. While the raven is perched on your shoulder, you gain darkvision with a range of 30 feet and a bonus to your passive Wisdom (Perception) score and to Wisdom (Perception) checks. The bonus equals your Charisma modifier. While perched on your shoulder, the raven can’t be targeted by any attack or other harmful effect; only you can cast spells on it; it can’t take damage; and it is incapacitated. The raven doesn’t require sleep. While it is within 100 feet of you, it can awaken you from sleep as a bonus action.
You can manifest the raven as a bonus action. While manifested, the spirit assumes the form and game statistics of a raven, and it always obeys your commands, which you can give telepathically while it is within 100 feet of you. You can see through the raven’s eyes and hear what it hears while it is within 100 feet of you.
In combat, a manifested raven shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It can move and use its reaction on its own, but the only actions it can take on its turn is Dash, Dodge, or Hide, unless you take a bonus action on your turn to command it to take another action. That action can be one in its stat block or some other action. If you are incapacitated, the raven can take any action of its choice. If the raven is slain by a creature, you gain advantage on all attack rolls against the killer for the next minute.
The raven vanishes when it dies, if you die, or if the two of you are separated by more than 5 miles. At the end of a short or long rest, you can call the raven back to you—no matter where it is or whether it died—and it reappears on your shoulder.
If you choose the Pact of the Chain or otherwise acquire additional familiars, those familiars follow the rules here instead of their normal rules.
Soul of the Raven
At 6th level, you gain the ability to merge with your raven spirit. As a bonus action when your raven is perched on your shoulder, your body merges with your raven’s form. While merged, you become Tiny, you replace your speed with the raven’s, and you can use your action only to Dash, Disengage, Dodge, Help, Hide, or Search. During this time, you gain the benefits of your raven being perched on your shoulder. As an action, you and the raven return to normal.
Raven's Shield
At 10th level, Raven grants you a protective blessing. You gain advantage on death saving throws, immunity to the frightened condition, and resistance to necrotic damage.
Queen's Right Hand
Starting at 14th level, you can channel Raven’s power to slay a creature. You can cast Finger of Death. After you cast the spell with this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
Editor's Notes
The Raven Queen is not a thing (yet?) in my Greyhawk, so I had to rename this patron. The level 1 ability is quite strong and might be nerfed.
