The forest maiden is the goddess of spring, the hunt and of youth. Many elves living among humans favor her.
In the Common pantheon she is a goddess of hunters, young women, and people who revere nature without actually depending on it as the symbol of romantic nature.
To the Flan Ehlonna is the eternal maiden, Beory in her maiden aspect, Berei before she marries Obad-Hai, and both huntress and prey in the eternal cycle of life.
