Analyze Power
Basic Action
You can analyze the properties of any power within reach. You learn the exact effect, form , and technique of the power. You can also analyze a creature or item, discerning if it is capable of using any powers.
You can sense the presence of active powers at a distance. Make a skill roll and multiply the result by 10; this is the range in meters. Normally, you detect any type of power use, but by concentrating on a form and/or technique you can eliminate all others.
