Imbue Technique Description (Action Powers)

Imbues creatures with the form, which generally gives them some new abilities and or resistances but not a physical change. The effects are more direct and physical than those of the emote technique, yet more subtle than the transform and shapechange techniques.

I am thinking of deleting this technique, splitting the effects between emote and shapechange.
