When you see another creature within Mind meters succeed on an action, you can spend a Fortune point to force them to reroll under the Evil Eye. This is the same as a standard roll, only the result is always negative; whichever die comes up with the higher result becomes the negative die. There is one exception. If they roll a boxcars on a confident roll, the dice go wild and they go back to making it as a standard roll, which can give either positive or negative results.
