The Spheres


The following is a list of correspondences between Mage Spheres and T3 Sorcery and other schticks. Only two to four dot effects are listed; the rules can't cover five dot effects, while one-dot effects are usually to subtle to care about in Feng Shui.

Check the spheres in Mage to see what schticks you can bye in T3. The table is also used to see if you can bye a new shtick: you must have a correspondingly high Sorcery skill, as well as at least something from the next-lower ability.

Entries in italics indicates non-sorcery schticks. Notes in parentheses indicate one of these things:

  • If the word in parenthesis is the name of a tradition, only members of that tradition can learn the schtick. This often implies a special conjunction with that traditions favored sphere, that only they can use.
  • If the word in parenthesis is another sphere, you must also know that sphere to learn the schtick. Look it up to see what rating is required.
  • Otherwise, it probably reefers to some note or sub-effect of the schtick.
