The heroes then start an ancient machine at the bottom of the volcano, defeat the Spawn of Cthulhu wo try to close it down in a dogfight, and return triumphantly to Hollywood.

Their next exploit started with a dig in Egypt, where a mummy reanimates and seeks to restore Rebel's memories as his lost love. He is exorcised in a fight in the Museum of Cairo.

Returning by the Orient Express, the PCs are assigned by MI6 to guard the Bavarian princess Elise and her jewels on the train. She elopes, hunted by French secret service, and it all ends in a dramatic train tunnel chase. Finally, the French agents nobly abandon their cause because they recognize TrueLove.

'The next adventure was in Paris. A strange cult worships Pazuzu, an Assyrian demon. Despite ghostly events and haunting, it all turns out to be a hoax. But occult interest seems to be at an all-time high in Paris.

Back in New York, the heroes take employment as a cadre for the Springfield Spinners, an air militia set up to protect a rural New York State aluminum mining town. Several fights with the beastly Hillbilly Boys.

By now, the artifacts from the dig in Egypt were to be displayed in New York. As celebrity guests, the players participated. Rebel landed her Fury on the air cab deck of the Empire State Building, almost landing on top of Louis Wanderbildt, who became her impeccable enemy. It turned out that the mymmy was now a spectral ghost, using the heroes own fears against them. With the aid of the Black Swan, he was temporarily defeated, but it was clear that he would return.

During the dinner, Diana met Starkweather for the first time, and mutual dislike developed. He bragged on about his antarctic expedition, more on this later.

A dr. Aldous Brewer offered a solution; he had induced memory trances in his asylum patients, during which ancestral or reincarnation memories from Egypt had surfaced. Going to his remote island sanitarium, the heroes discovered a reincarnated Egyptian priestess that could help them, but also a monster summoned out of a man's subconscious, that posed a grave threat until bombed into oblivion with drop tanks.
